Purpose of the Site and Services
The Site provides information about my professional services as an Executive Coach and Facilitator, certified PCC by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The Services include:

The content on this Site — including articles, newsletter issues, downloadable resources, and any other materials — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Coaching is not therapy. Any decisions you make based on content found on this Site are made at your own risk. I am not liable for outcomes resulting from information you obtain through the Site or Services.
Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are engaging with the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, the Grounded Ambition brand identity, the Sustainable Success System™ framework, and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of Yasmin Ainkaran and is protected by French and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without my prior written consent. You may print or save one copy of any page for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Grounded Ambition name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without express written permission.
Coaching Services — Key Terms
Engagement and Agreement
All coaching and facilitation engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or coaching contract signed between the parties prior to the commencement of services. These Terms apply in conjunction with any such agreement.
Confidentiality
I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions, in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent, except where required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are set out in individual coaching proposals or service agreements. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are defined in the individual service agreement. As a general principle, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. I reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much advance notice as possible.
Refunds
Refund terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Where no specific agreement exists, fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.
Newsletter — Leading What's Next
By subscribing to my newsletter, you consent to receiving regular email communications about leadership, sustainable performance, and related topics. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Your subscription data is managed in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
Downloadable Resources
Any downloadable resources made available on the Site (including lead magnets, guides, or essays) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without my written consent.
User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yasmin Ainkaran — Grounded Ambition from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
